Aylburton Upper Common Association (AUCA)
AUCA was formed out of the desire to improve the community spirit for residents of Aylburton’s Upper Common and to provide a more authoratitive voice for problems they might encounter. There was also an opportunity for improving the environmental aspects of the area for the benefit of both residents and wildlife. The association carries out valuable maintenance work and restoration projects within the local environs, augmenting the grants it receives with local fundraising activities including many social events.
Aylburton Women’s Institute
The Aylburton Women’s Institute holds regular meetings on the 2nd Tuesday of each month in the Memorial Hall and welcomes new members.
Aylburton Rovers Football Club
Every year players and staff from the club assist in the successful and very popular Aylburton Village carnival. Taking gate money, running stalls, running junior football matches are among the duties taken on by the club. Hundreds of people from all over attend the carnival and to be part of it gives organisers a sense of pride in the village club.
