Parish Council

Aylburton Parish Council exists to find solutions to issues of common concern in the parish.  The councillors are responsible for representing all residents and residents are encouraged to contact the council (via the clerk) if they feel that the council might be able to help. Details of how to do so can be found via the Councillors/Clerk link on the left side of this page.

The council has seven councillors who usually meet on the fourth Tuesday of every second month in the Aylburton Methodist Church hall. Meetings are currently scheduled for the following dates:

  • 23rd May 2017
  • 25th July 2017
  • 26th September 2017
  • 28th November 2017
  • 23rd January 2018
  • 27th March 2018

Members of the public are welcome to attend council meeting but are not entitled to participate unless invited to do so. In addition to regular council meetings, an Annual General Meeting (AGM) is usually held on the same date as the first regular meeting on or after April. The scheduled date of the next AGM is:

  • 23th May 2017
